One other note, how can HEAVY and DIDNT FIT IN CABINET SPACE be negatives? Normall, people lookinf for quality units LIKE heavy, and the dimensions are easily found BEFORE buying... Knock the rating for the clicking if you wish, but knocking the rating for size or weight is just wrong!
Good luck getting the clicking fixed. -
The clicking was an issue that was discovered when this unit first came out. Onkyo offered a recall where they would replace the faulty part inside causing this. I know mine was in the shop for about 4 months after I had gotten it (good thing I had kept my old Yammy when I got the Onk!)
On a side note, mine also has some clicking, but it clicks to the numbers as the volume is raised or lowered. There is no clicking at any other time. When turning up or down, you hear it but it almost sounds as if it is supposed to be their, just a muted tick to let you know it is increasing or decreasing volume. If yours is clicking, check to see if you can still get it repaired.
