Pros: CAN NOT THINK OF ONE AFTER LIE OF UPGRADE CARDS
Cons: WHOLE UNIT AND BIG LIE FROM ONKYO
Review: BOUGHT THIS RECIVER BASED ON CNET REVIEW. WHAT A MISTAKE....... NEVER HAD ANY UPGRADE CARDS... AND NOW THEY OFFER US TRDAE IN FOR NR 1000(FLAGSHIP RECIVER) WITH NR905 (NON FLAGSHIP) + $1000 WHAT RIP OFF DEAL.
WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY ONKYO PRODUCT.

Review: Onkyo has failed miserably with this unit. Onkyo marketed this flagship receiver as upgradable and "future-proof"... What You See Is What You Get. There will be NO HDMI upgrades. Don't waste your money. Buy a less expensive non-upgradable receiver from someone else.

Cons: Onkyo did not keep their promise for upgrades
Review: I bought this reciever with the intent of getting upgrades in the future such as HDMI. Onkyo has abandon this reciever and left the owners of this reciever holding the bag. I will never buy Onkyo again.
