"Great product and has NO Problems"
Pros: sound quality cannot be beat for the price, the hdmi inputs adds quality to the xbox 360 even if you are running the component cables to the reciever, it makes my panasonic hd tv simply look fantastic

"Warrenty/customer support is totally lacking."
Pros: Easy set up.
