"piece of garbage"
Pros: digital but so is my watch
Cons: get more static from my radio the music
Summary: I have owned tons of panasonic audio and visual components before. I have had a good expeience with them and that is why i made the purchase of the SA-XR10. THis is one piece that i think panasonic pooped the bed on. I have never owned such an expencive coster in all my life. I ended up using my old teac which sounds better (no static and a better remote by far). Panasonics cheap remote broke within the first six months and since i bought it on sale it was final. As far as I'm concerned it was a waste of money and I have lost faith in a once superior product. I think i would rather spend my money on a kick in the groin, at least that way i would no what i was getting. Something else that bothered me was when i wanted to get it fixed the store told me that it would have to be sent away and i would have to buy the new remote myself, that i was ok with but the length of time to get it fixed was estimated at three months. I don't know about anyone else but after three months (9 in total from my date of puchuse) it would have been an obsolete product. I have never been so dissapointed in a product, I work hard for my money and want quality for what i pay. As far as I'm concerned i won't spend anynore money on a panasonic product again.
a very diisapointed young customer
