"Great Performer for the Money"
Pros: Tons of features and great sound
Cons: Set-up could be simplified
Summary: This unit for the money is the best on the market. Great Sony Quality and sound. If you like movies this delivers great surround sound. The only problem is you may need to tweak the settings to get the best possible sound but thats the case with every receiver. As for the other reviewrs that have said you cant use HDMI with the surround, they are doing something wrong. I watched several movies with the DTS format and it really cranks loud. Please read the instructions before you diss a product.
Any way this reveiver offers features such as 770watts, 2 HDMI pass through, seperate zone listening , and great sound which match others that offer the same for almost double. IF you want to get the biggest bang for your buck and still get great sound and features. This is the receiver for you.
PS Please read your manual or call tech support before you give a good product a poor rating.

Well I just ordered one because of the 12 month no interest/payments. I have been running an optical from my cable box and a coaxial from my dvd player for surround audio, can't I just keep doing that?
