Pros: Interface is easy to navigate, recognized external USB drive
Cons: It took too long to come to market
Summary: I've used every revision of Symantec Ghost and Drive Image for the last six years. Up to recently, Ghost had been my go to hard drive imaging application because it was easy enough to create images on other hard drives and CD/DVDs.

Pros: Nice interface
Cons: Doesn't work as advertised
Summary: It backs up an image to a hard drive fine. The problem comes when trying to restore:
1) When it reboots to restore from DOS mode it freezes.
