    Pros: Configuration is relatively easy.

    Cons: A never-ending stream of errors. Cannot handle deep paths (over 250 chars you're screwed)...

    Summary: This software is a nightmare. Although it may work with very few files, I did not try.
    I would give Norton S&R a negative rating: this software is a danger to your files. (Not lower than -5 though, because it does not actively destroys your data.
