Pros: Its easy to install, plug and play, install wizzard, and one code to changes the scanning to manual. Works with Microsoft retail offer quick scans Point of sale.

Cons: It beeps pretty loud, this can be adjusted though, but on first plugin dont be alarmed, its not broken =p

Summary: You wont even need do any complex programming. This Item works great right out the box, the most efford u have to put in this is to plug him into ur USB, go true the installer wizzard, lookup in your Configuration guide. For my point of sale i just put the scanning to manual, this way you just push the button when u scan. To Test this you just open a Notepad and scan a item, full code appears.
