"Misleading"
Pros: I can't think of any
Cons: Doesn't run OS X
Summary: The new Mac minis will also take a Core2 CPU. Just pop the old one out and drop the new one in.
Oh, and because Macs don't use 25 year old BIOS technology, but rather modern EFI, you don't need to download or update anything for the new processor to be recognized and work.
