"fine product cust. svc worse than Dell"
Pros: it is small
Cons: it is a Shuttle, they are a poor excuse of a company.
Summary: maybe the con is harsh but if you bought a new pc, received a vague, verbal ship date but never received an email confirmation of shipping info (what carrier, when item was shipped etc.), were shipped the WRONG monitor and told NOT to use it until they can get the one you ordered to you, (appx.1 week), and the harddrive acted strange & loud & FAILED IDE TESTS would you expect at least a response to email or phone calls 2 days after you purchased it?
i did. i was dissappointed. shuttles support and sales are world class jerks.
