Best LCD monitors (19 and 20 inch)

Peek into any office, and you'll see that 19-inch and 20-inch LCDs have become a standard part of the desktop. All five monitors on this list cost less than $200, and some less than $150. What you lose in screen size by choosing a smaller monitor you make up in money you have leftover to spend on other things. Like games and Blu-ray movies! Well, maybe that's just me.

HP 2009m

The HP 2009m is a good-looking 20-inch display with enough features to make it well worth its low price.
