Dell SP2309W
With its low price, great performance, and many features, the Dell SP2309W is a sound buy for a 23-inch monitor. The 2,048x1,152, 16:9 resolution is just icing on the cake.

Samsung SyncMaster T240HD
With tons of connection options, great performance, and useful features like an HDTV tuner, the Samsung SyncMaster T240HD display is an excellent bargain. However, the Dell UltraSharp 2408WFP beats it on viewing angle and color.
