"Image is good, but features & functionality lacking"
Pros: Good picture on movies watched so far
Cons: Couldn't load Quantum of Solace tonight. Had to download firmware update.
Load times aren't great.
Disc memory feature doesn't work (is it really there?).

Pros: When it works it links up nicely with a samsung tv. And if you have a problem with it within the warranty period, they will pay to ship it back to them to fix it or replace it.
Cons: It loads slow. It can barely keep up with the movie giving you alot of pauses during a movie. And it only last about 2 months before it craps out. I returned mine and samsung sent me a new one a month later. That one craped out after 2 month.

"won't play new disc/no upgrade available.weak"
Pros: nothing at this point too frustrated - pic did look great on transformers
Cons: no upgrade available to play "twilight" or the new"batman" what the heck....support said hey were not sure when the upgrade to download would be available to keep checking he web site...are you kidding me!
