Cons: won't play DVDs since the firmware update that LG automatically uploads to the device through the network and LG insists on charging me $70 for a problem of their own design..there are numerous complaints about this exact issue on variious web forums
Summary: this type of customer service is atrocious and in bad faith. i would never buy another LG product after this experience
