Cons Needs a firmware update out of the box, but really i don't consider it a negative.

Cons I downloaded the last firmware update. Now I'm getting gateway failure messages. I found the numbers and filled them in and it still fails. "OK Button" opens the Alphanumeric Keypad for login in/password on wired Netflix account.
