Cons: Netflix doesn't work! Panasonic has been aware for months and still has not fixed it
Summary: Stay away from this unit if you are buying it for Netflix use. There are known bugs that Panasonic is aware but as of yet they have not fixed them.
It is amazing to me that the CNET crew continues to rate items high just on features. All you have to do is 5 min of research to see that this thing is not worth the money due to its problems. Is CNET taking payola from Pana guys???? Only my opinion here...not fact!

You have my sympathies too. I wrote a review and I think that the population that has the problem is approximately at the 50% level.

I agree. Panasonic customer service is horrible. I too, had a problem with a Panasonic product with a promise that it would be fixed. Never was. Products aren't really all that great either. I've wondered the same thing about Panasonic and Cnet. I have a Panasonic bathroom fan. The light bulbs blew way below the expected life. You should have seen what they wanted me to go through just to get a couple of bulbs. I said forget it. I don't recommend Panasonic and will never buy any of their products again, mostly based on how horrendous their customer service is.
Sooner or later people will catch on to Panasonic's ways if they don't change.
