Summary: I just bought this brand new. As soon as I turned it on the for the first time, it upgraded the firmware. Apparently this was the biggest mistake. On the login screen for netflix, you should be able to hit OK for a popup keyboard and navigate the keyboard with arrow keys. However, the arrow key are unable to navigate the keyboard but navigates the menu in the background (jumping between e-mail, password, cancel, and OK fields) and I cannot enter the e-mail and password to access Netflix. I posted the review in Amazon and apparently other have encounter the same problems. Reading other reviews, Netflix seems to be an ongoing problem with Panasonic Blu-ray players.
