Samsung BD-C6500

Pros: Thin profile, works great for dvd and bluray discs.

Cons: Where to begin? The WORST experience ever for streaming Netflix.
(This is hardwired instead of the wireless option).
Netflix did not load, did not load completely or did not play without stopping.
Five movies in about 5 months without probs~!

Summary: I spent time online and on the phone (several calls, days apart) with tech support regarding the inability to load or completely load Netflix. After rebooting (7-8 times over a week or so), resetting all the access and networking settings and trying, diligently, to get the machine to stream Netflix, no luck.

I sent it back for repair or replacement in December, and after several calls wondering about the status, finally received a call back, offering me the following:
$165 cash, return of the original non-working unit or replacement by the same (but "new") unit.

Can I recommend strongly enough to stay away from this model? Probably not.
Will I ever buy Samsung again? Not without a whole lot of research and recommendations from people I trust. Good luck with yours, if you get one of these.
