Weak YouTube AppSummary: My experience mirrors that of so many others. Purchased December 2011 from Sears as a companion for my daughters Samsung TV. I've lost count of the number of times I've called Samsung for support. Very slow & clunky interface compared to my internet enabled Sony devices (TV Blu-Ray) on the same wired connection (U-Verse 12mb). Constant problems with Netflix not working and Hub freezing via automatic software updates. YouTube App is terrible as it won't allow you to play your Subscriptions like Sony's App. Only thing I like is the iPHone Remote App. Unit was sent back to Samsung for service and worked for a while before the same problems returned. Right now we cannot watch Netflix. Cannot recommend and based on our experiences we too won't be buying another Samsung product anytime soon.
