Cons: performance is terrible, product support is worse.
Summary: The "Smart Hub" feature that holds the apps went down after 2 weeks and could not access Netflix or anything else. Their product support people just have you try the same things that are in the back of the manual and when that doesn't work, they say they will have a "tech specialist" call you. They never called back. Finally got them to admit that their system had "bugs" and they have no idea when it will be fixed. The unit is going back to the store and I will never buy a Samsung product again. If you're smart, you won't either
