Cons NO customer service line for DVD players!! That means if you have ANY problems with your DVD player, you have to call and go through a automated system. You can NEVER talk to a person!! The actual people are only trained in TV troubleshooting!!!!
Summary I do not have this particular DVD player however, the one that I have is having some minor issues with operation. I'm sure that this issue could easily be fixed but Toshiba doesn't have a customer service line for DVD players!!!!
