Sloooooow loading and processing
wi-fi is really crappy

Cons Yes, it is a little slow loading discs but not SO much slower than comparable models (within 10-15 seconds). Lack of internal memory is a con but there's a USB 2.0 port on the back and USB drives are fairly inexpensive anyway. on by StarMenace | Read full review

Cons NO customer service line for DVD players!! That means if you have ANY problems with your DVD player, you have to call and go through a automated system. You can NEVER talk to a person!! The actual people are only trained in TV troubleshooting!!!! on by fallonht | Read full review
