Cons: Connecting to Wifi
Summary: Spent two hours trying to connect this to my wifi network. It did not work as it was supposed to (it can't see my network for whatever reason). Sadly their instructions are very basic and don't have a trouble shooting section. Looked for trouble shooting on line and could not find any. Finally, sent them an email and asked how to fix this since they don't have a support number to call. Hopefully they get back to me soon.

Did you get a response from B & W? I'm having the same issues, and really don't want to have to return the unit to Apple. I had an original Zep., switched to the BOSE Sounddock 10 because of the bluetooth capability. Impressed with the Zep Air sound quality, but I bought because of the Wifi ability ????
