Summary This thing would be great if it felt more natural. But on many sounds, like the reviewer said, there is a slight delay which gets really annoying. Reminds me of when the audiotrack in a movie is slightly out of sync - drives me nuts.
Also, it just rumbles most of the time, not like a sound feels, more like a buzzing. -

Cons When turned up it can make some noise which can be fixed by putting a pillow or something over it because this thing hits really hard. the pillow will take the sound away
Summary If your going to get one get the right kit. Dont try to mix and match. Get the LFE kit and be done with it. i just bought mine from music 123 for 399.99 plus free shipping. date 2/16/2011. This thing has really impressed me so far.its crazy when you get to fill it. I thought people was just messing around when they said it would shake your couch but this thing does shake your couch and i only got it on half way. I read where some guy said you need 4 of these for one couch. He is crazy or he has a junk amp and didnt go the real buttkicker amp. Believe me this is awesome. Its what you been missing. I have 3 powered subs hooked up in here plus this guy now and its amazing the difference. If you dont have enough bass it might be different. I have always had enough bass but the real shake wasn't there until now. Go get one of these and enjoy it

they need lots of power and two amps to power 4 correctly,12 gauge wire a must have for the final add on for your home theater,I use two Screwed to our sofa and it walks around the room -
