"Fair to Partly, all things considered"
on by EnergyPlusPros Portability, ease of setup
Cons Muffled sound, mediocre bass
Summary I was close to choosing the Bose Soundlink as my choice for a portable, bluetooth device to use with my Motorola Bionic or Acer Tablet. They sounded fairly decent in the store, but that's in the store. While home, doing review searches on the Bose, I ran across a very detailed, in-depth review that had a caveat at the bottom that said something like "For the money, look into the Logitech Wireless Boombox, it may be worth your while." So, I did and I bought it. I have to say I am disappointed with the overall sound quality. The bass is pretty muffled and lacks clarity, as does the treble. It's too biased towards the mid-range. I listen to mostly blues, jazz, classical and classic rock. I may just return this and go with the Bose.

"Great speakers and great value!"
on by GregoTXPros The sound is suprisingly strong for its size, and it was a great value at $120.
Cons No carrying case or handle.
Summary I was looking for a way to stream all of my music from Google Music and listen to IHeartRadio and Pandora, all in my backyard while entertaining, without spending a ton of money. I can get to all of my music thru my phone, and realized all I needed was a decent wireless speaker to use with it. This product fits the bill perfectly and being able to control the volume with my phone is great too. NOTE: This product is marketed as "for iPad" but it works with any product capable of A2DP Bluetooth streaming...which is pretty much all current smartphones.
