    Pros: It works great and its a lot cheaper than BOSE's products. I also love the boxy-design

    The customer service of the company is superb! I couldn't locate a product at my local Target, and they reserved one for me!(within a day).

    Cons: You'll only find this at special Targets or at Amazon.

    Seems a bit too heavy, and has no internal battery.

    Summary: Overall great product, exceeding my expectations.

    The customer service of SoundFreaq is truly superb, I've had at least 30 emails between customer service and I in the past month.
