Pros: Nice unit if it would work longer than 10 months. Never got to use a whole lot.
Cons: I have the very same problem regarding the unit not wanting to power up and just flashing with or without batteries and using the electrical outlet.
Summary: I am very disappointed in this unit and would not recommend it to anyone.

Cons: Won't stay on.
Summary: I purchased the iMove Boombox a little over a year ago. It just wanted something to play my iPod while I clean or cook. It worked fine for awhile (about 12 months), then for no reason, it just won't stay on. When I push power, the panel lights up for a moment then it fades and turns off. I've tried using the power cord and batteries, but nothing works. It's completely useless and now I'm not only out the $100 I paid for it, but now I have to spend more $ to replace it. What a rip off!!

Cons: Can not get replacement adapter
Summary: The Boom box is fine if the cord does not get broken. If it does look out. Called the company and they do not even sell replacement adapters for this. (they are no longer manufactured supposidly)I ended up buying my daughter a whole new boombox! Expensive item not to be able to get a replacement adapter.
