  • "Do not plan on having your house get struck by lightning"
    3.5 stars
    on by Mutilat1on

Pros: Easy to install, Easy to use, Any outlet in the house works

Cons: Extremely tempermental, surges fry them, Very Slow internet

Summary: First off, lightning did not strike my house, but a surge went through my house and FRIED the adapters.

They are also very slow, about 10Mbps. You can buy the very expensive HD version of them, but it is not very worth it.

You cannot plug them into a surge protector to protect your internet, just in case. So just buy a wireless N router if you really need the range.
