Pros: It is generally reliable, has many worthwhile extensions, and is so customizable. Everything works and there are so many choices of what to do.
Cons: Firefox constantly, and for no reason, will eat up every bit of your CPU capacity, no matter how big a chip is. This slows the computer badly and is terribly frustrating. it ocurrs all the time and you have to be ready to have a backup Browser!

"The latest version 3.5.3 is horrible. Constant crashes."
Pros: Firefox is a great browser. But the newest version has a ton of problems.
Cons: They really messed up though with the latest version. Go to their web site and see how many people are having problems. I uninstalled it and went back to FF 3.0.14. So many others are using other browsers now.
