"Great Program, But Poor Support"
Pros: The professional enterprise edition allows me to combine pdfs, convert to WordPerfect or Microsoft Office app formats, convert static to fillable forms, comment and access the content of pdf files to edit them or recycle elements of the file.
Cons: Seriously nadequate tech support. No free support options beyond a knowledgebase that didn't help me resolve a fairly simple issue: why does the program list me as the generic "owner" on comments added to a pdf, not by the name I registered under.
