"Worst customer service, agents give a different answer"
Pros: Good sales people who get you to sign up, but customer service representatives, tech supports and technicians make you recognize that they have no idea what they are doing. STAY AWAY, don't fall for introductory rate, it goes up after 1 year

"Optimmum-Cablevision- Poor Cable TV reception!"
Pros: Decent Price for 1 year with Triple Play contract.
Cons: - Many of HD channels don't work.

"I had a better experience using Verizon DSL in the past"
Pros: They have a phone number to contact them...
Cons: ...good luck contacting them. They tend to treat you like an idiot and usually beat around the bush. Calling regarding a connection problem, they make you power cycle non-stop rather than booking to visit the location. If you do book, expect a month.
