"Worst customer service, agents give a different answer"
Pros: Good sales people who get you to sign up, but customer service representatives, tech supports and technicians make you recognize that they have no idea what they are doing. STAY AWAY, don't fall for introductory rate, it goes up after 1 year

"Optimmum-Cablevision- Poor Cable TV reception!"
Pros: Decent Price for 1 year with Triple Play contract.
Cons: - Many of HD channels don't work.
- Several channels picture quality is very poor (with jagged pictures like Satallite TV in bad weather)

Cons: installation is done by contractors who don't give a dime about you, never show up or call you; the appointment can be rescheduled and nobody will tell you; internet is ok but from some sites (asia, europe) can be slow
