The Bottom Line	The Delphi NAV200 is a good value portable-navigation system, but its map interface needs some work.	Though the Delphi NAV300 GPS navigator may look appealing with its affordable price tag and integrated Bluetooth and text-to-speech functionality, real-world tests show some pretty ugly results.	As entry-level GPS navigators go, the Garmin Nuvi 255W is still one of the best choices available for anyone who wants speedy performance without breaking the bank.	The TomTom XL 340 S introduces a few advanced features to TomTom's midrange lineup, while staying well below the premium price bracket.
