This Is a cheap great unit
Pros: Price, smart, mp3 player
Cons: screen sort of small
This thing is a piece of junk, it works about 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time you might want to have a map. I thought this was great when I first got it but I just replaced it with a Tom Tom 300 the Tom Tom seems to always work, it's reception is A LOT better, tom tom even works in the house plus the tom tom just seems to be more powerful.

Crap crap crap
Pros: Small and portable
Cons: Slow, dark LCD, complicated to use, low quality assembly
Interface
The unit takes about a minute to start, which I find really slow, plus the unit makes you click accept on a warning disclaimer too many times.
The way the navigation software works is complicated, there are no easy way to do things, and the software is slow, and cant be safely used while driving.
Build quality
The screen is dark so it is hard to see unless the sun has gone down, or youre indoors.
The placement of the buttons are not centered in the shell openings, a minor thing, but doesn't reflect a high quality finish, and make me wonder if the rest of the unit is poorly assembled as well.
The charger plug is too loose, so if you move the unit while charging, you will loose connection.
User Manual
Yet one of the worst things about the "FineDrive 350" is the abysmal user manual.
It doesn't show you everything you need to know and what the unit can and can't do. There is no logic to the order of subjects either, and here are things the manual doesn't even cover, like the USB port, or how to import pictures or music.
Features
The map is poor, shows few details, zooming out you will loose street, city names, and road numbers making you look at a network of lines with no names or numbers.
In 3D mode there are no street names, so you have to toggle or just drop that feature.
Pictures and music maybe cool features, but I already have a music system in my car, why would I add another? And the screen is not good for pictures in the first place.
Having produced a far from good product I believe the company, FineDigital, should have spent their time and money on the unit's core features and dropping the unnecessary music and picture features.
Conclusion
Do not even consider buying this product, you will regret it.

This is a gem !
Pros: very precise with turns and easy to use, the information displayed on the screen are very easy to follow. It contains the entire US map
Cons: sound is a bit weak
My wife saw it at work and expressed she wanted one for christmas (she usually hates electronics).
I don't see why anyone would pay 400-600. I can probably recover the cost of the unit in a year (by saving gas not to mention time).
