Pros: Instructions suck and unit isn't as good as tom tom.

    Cons: Everything

Summary: Garmin will not repair your unit under warranty. Forget the 1 year guarantee. I sent a 2 week old unit for repair as per their directions. 3 months later I'm still chasing them. Every time you contact them, they give you a different "specialist". Each time they want more info and different stuff. Now they want a letter from the Ford dealer where I bought the unit and a copy of the bill of sale for my vehicle. I gave up and bought a Tom Tom. I love it!
