Summary: This item does everything I expected and yes It does give full access to the phone book via bluetooth from my mobile device, it even reads out text messages and you can reply by talking! Completely hands free! Forget the other reviews..... If you keep up with technology then your new phone will sync 100% perfect. Highly recommended!!
