"is better to get a tomtom or garmin"
Pros: storing pictures,videos and mp3
Cons: loses signal to much and freezes, you have to keep resetting it
Summary: i bought this gps because it was on sale in Comp U.S.A. for $249 with $70 mail in rebate($179) when i bought it about a year ago,it kept on losing signal almost everywhere in Connecticut,so i went to JVC.com and purchase the external antenna for $40 with the shipping,it got a little more signal but still was losing it, also sometimes when i was typing the name of the street it used to freeze and i had to reset it by switching the button on the side of the gps off and on, and sometimes when it takes you to where your going it makes you do unnecessary turns for example if im going straight like 4 blocks it'll say make a left turn then make a right turn then make a right turn then make a left turn to bring me back to the same street, the only thing that i like was that it had mp3,i took it to Florida on vacation,i rented a car and was playing my music threw the stereo with a wireless fm transmitter, other than that i wouldn't purchase this gps again
