"Excellent!"
Pros: Endless user and music tuning features, bluetooh, NAV, great DVD playback and excellent I-Pod playback features!
Cons: Manual - With so many features, you need a manual that can deliver instructions at all levels (both beginner and advanced).
Summary: Let?s get the bad out of the way. The Kenwood is amazing! Tons of features both for playback and music tuning. However, with this many features, you have to deal with a lot of screens. The manual tells you what each button does, but does not tell you simple things. For example, I wanted to play a DVD. I would have liked to see instruction on how to play the DVD. Instead, I get a definition what each button does but I still do not know how to get the DVD going. I just want to know how to ?play?! After staring at the manual and pushing buttons I finally figured it out. If I were to suggested anything to Kenwood, they should have a ?quick start? section in their manual. Then if I want to learn more I can dig a little deeper into the manual.
On to the good stuff ? After having the Kenwood for a few days I am getting the hang of it. It has what seems like endless music tuning features and I am learning about new playback features everyday.
The DVD playback is crystal clear and the I-Pod interface is great and can play videos too.
I also have the Bluetooth option. It works great too! Good enough to conduct business! No one even knows that I am on a speaker phone.
Sirius ? The Sirius option also works very well. Once again, the Kenwood has lots of features that make having the satellite radio even better.
Navigation ? The navigation is perfect! It does everything and even has a voice assist.
I highly recommend this unit for people who want a top of the line unit and are willing to learn how to use it. If I had to do it all over again, I will still get the Kenwood. But I would read the entire manual first!
