Due to the poor customer service response time do not buy this unit unless you know all about it.by joe74012 - April 17, 2007

Pros: bright screen

Cons: difficult to operate. Very poor manual. Customer service wait times are rediculously long

Review: I will not purchase another Lowrance product due to poor customer service.

Tech wait is worth it to get to know how to use the unit. I now like the unit much better.
