"Great little companion" on by traak77
Pros: Fast, reliable, very nice UI
Cons: Vehicle indicator doesn't "move" when turning...
Summary: For 259,- this is a great little GPS Device. It's very accurate, extremely faster at starting up and even fast with re-calculating a route when you miss a turn. It doesn't even take 2 seconds before the re-calculation starts.
One little annoyance is that it's not clearly visible whether your turning at the correct spot, since the vehicle indicator doesn't turn "with you". It just jumps onto the next street once the turn is complete.
Other than that, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I use this unit primarily for business trips, since my company doesn't reimburse me for the $10 / day, Hertz charges for their Neverlost systems. All Airports, Hotels similar POIs are there.
It's very small and easily goes into my laptop bag for the flight.
If you can live without Bluetooth and Text-to-Speech, this one should be on your list. I like at quite a bit more than the Garmins and TomToms.

"Best Buy $179, 4 days only" on by kiosue
Pros: Incredibly easy to use. Plug and go. Accurate and Quick.
Cons: Arrow doesn't turn when you do. Program catches up quick.
Summary: Great for the price. Highly recommend!!! Made wrong turns on purpose, quick to re-route!

"A life saver" on by Billy71
Pros: Just listen, no looking down between your legs at a Mapquest map.
Cons: None that I can find.
Summary: My kids got me the 3200 for Xmas. I moved back to Phoenix after I retired and it had become so big I was in awe and had a hard time finding places that didn't even exist when I left. Started out with a glove box full of Mapquest maps, that sucked, then along came Maggie. Just sit back, enjoy the drive and let her take you right to the front door of the destination.

"Excellent for an Introduction level to GPS." on by martusfine1
Pros: Very easy to easy & navigate menus, bright screen, quick calculations, plenty of satellite pickup, works well in bad weather (fog, cloudy, etc), SD card slot to manually enter POI, compact design for use to walk around with & small cars.
Cons: Battery life limited to a couple of hours, minimal amount of Points of Interest (POI), unsure if Magellan will support updates, no text-speech, sometimes unit redirects you too quickly, doesn't come with a softpouch to carry, & awkward mounting arm.
Summary: This entry level GPS is great for someone who simply needs to get to point A to point B, think of it as a portable but more effective and accurate mapquest or mapblast. In spite of size, the screen is bright and easy to read. You will simply note get lost using this unit.
The unit does have its limits- for instance there are limited POIs. There are no Targets, Walmarts, etc listed. But you will find the necessities- restaurants, banks, car mechanics/garages, etc. In other words, if your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, this unit will find you the closest POI. The unit is also a tad older now and does not have text-to-speech, mp3 player, bluetooth, etc.
Finally, the unit works great in bad weather. The satellites may take some time tracking and locating the unit, but it will eventually link up. The longest I had to wait was 10 minutes, and this was one those "commutes from hell" weather wise.
Are you looking to tryout a GPS unit but don't want to sink a lot of money into it? I would highly recommend this unit. I've been using this unit for a year now and I've had no issues. I will probably get the same unit for my wife for Christmas.
