Cons: Unable to update map as advertised.
Content Manager may have problem register the GPS.
Magellan Support is not 24 hours.Summary: I returned the first one because it made a noise sound. But the second one was the same, and it did not have my six year old house address, so I connected it with my PC and tried to update the software and map. The Content Manager saw the software was the latest and no map update available. It failed to register the GPS too. However the noise went away. I am trying to contact Magellan for a solution.

After two hours with tech support, I got it updated. the process is the same however I needed to waiting for full 5 minutes at the page ask to name your device before clicking OK. Then I had to kept trying to register my device until it said Successful. Then I had to wait for two 40 minutes download to update teh software and map. All these was done on the Content Manager. So I think teh Content Manager has problem and Magellan should not put out a product whoch is not ready to use.
