"Unit died at 12 month mark, no cust service help"
Pros: When the unit did turn on and eventually found the satellites, it provided decent directions.
Cons: Took up to 10 minutes to get signal. At the 1 year mark, it just stopped turning on. Customer service said there was absolutely nothing they could do since it was a few weeks past its one year warranty. Huge waste of money.
