Pros: It only took 15 minutes to get customer service to agree to a full refund including shipping.
Cons: 45 miutes to reach tech support, an hour and a half with the techie, and NO solution to the problem.
Speed limits ONLY work on freeways - and they are wrong there!
Lane assist was disabled by the last software update, no idea when it will be update
Summary: It simply does NOT work as advertised, you can't reach tech support in a reasonable amount of time and when you do reach them they can't seem to figure out what the problem is in order to fix it.
Speed limits are important in town as well as the freeway, that's generally where the signs hide behind vehicles and bushes, but Magellan thinks we only need them on freeways.
Software updates block lane assist from working but they can't tell me how long it will be before they issue a fix, even though it's a 'known problem' according to tech support.
All in all this unit was a total waste of time, energy, and money.
