"Problems with long awaited update"
Pros: Love the symbols eg. garages, stations, restaurants
Cons: Got cheated with the disk that was in the original box. It was blank. Customer support would not send a disk and sent me a Chinese download, in 5 years I will be able to read and write Mandrin Chinese. Now my GPS has no voice and no update

Pros: Low price, I guess
Cons: I gave this as a gift but within a week of use, according to Mio's customer service rep, the software became corrupted and needs to be reprogrammed. I should be able to do this from my pc but it just ain't workin' that way.

Pros: The screen is big and you can choose from 3 different map views. You can pick from different standard voices for text to speech. Other than the cons its a fabulous gps for someone who uses it in the car to get from point a to point b!!
Cons: You can't customize the POI shortcuts in the main menu. They come pre-programmed as cash, parking, & police. Also, the manual says that you can do custom POIs (red light cameras) but that isn't true on the MOOV models.
