  • "Super cool GPS"
    on by angelgal03

Pros provides a variety of features especially the text recognition function is very good

Cons lacks bluetooth feature and also sometimes has battery issues

Summary good device but you can better GPS at the same price

  • "Simple and easy to use! Plug in and off you go."
    on by revjz

Pros has many points of interest, easy touch screen, very good accurcy, speaks clearly, affordable, car mode or walk mode, day mode, night mode

Cons Have enjoyed it so far, no bluetooth, no mp3, no phone,

Summary All around this GPS unit is a great purchase for the money. Gets you to your destination, and thats all that really matters!

  • "An incredible GPS"
    on by robbforrester

Pros Simply put, this is a great GPS. It will get you to where you want to go, quickly and easily. The audio is very easy to hear and understand, the screen is large, and it makes few mistakes.

Cons It does not seem to in dicate when the battery is fully charged and the literature does not mention battery time.

Summary Simply put, this is a great GPS. It will not play your MP3's or answer your cell phone, or collect unicorn tears from space (in other words it will not do childish crap), but it will get you to where you want to go quickly and easily. The audio is very easy to hear and understand, the screen is large, and it makes few mistakes.

  • "Simple to operate & capable, but not ground-breaking"
    on by weyrleader

Pros Easy to setup and use
Quick to adjust to your position in relation to where it meant for you to turn
Decent position tracking in both "directed" travel and in "map browsing" modes
    Standard "day/night" display color modes

Cons Lacks the bells and whistles of other units.
No bluetooth or multimedia capability (It DOES speak directions to you) that other units are praised for.
    Proprietary map software

Summary All in all this is not a bad GPS unit for the price. While it lacks the "toys" and extras that other competing models may offer this unit is very capable and is more than sufficient for the practically-minded "function first" driver. The software is customizable, to an extent, to suit most drivers needs. The only real drawback of note is that the unit really needs to be on the dash/in the windshield or near a window to make its initial connection to the satellites. Once a connection is made, however, I've yet to experience a loss of signal.
Those wanting the massive community support and/or the "extras" in their GPS unit will want to look elsewhere. Those looking for a capable GPS unit at an affordable and reasonable price will likely be satisfied with this unit.

  • "Junk, POS, Kids toy"
    on by amzbrady

Pros Um, Hmmm, oh yea, theres.....No thats my Tom Tom.

Cons Junk, really basic, usa only no canada or mexico, no updates or maps, better out there for same price or cheaper, really limited point of interest. Not for traveler. Cost too much, features to little

Summary Research the reviews, Like I should have.
