Pros: The displays are Bright, the voice ques timely and the touch screen very handy.
Cons: Maps are a year or more old. Some features of the unit (contacts & calendar) lack instruction. Little Offline PC support for entering data.

Pros: Easy map download with SD card. Voice commands with auto reroute. Seconds as an MP3 Player.
Cons: MP3 Player sound is lacking.
Summary: Don't listen to the people who complain about having to pay for newer maps. I live in an area that is changing constantly and I wouldn't expect the maps to be correct every year. They could be cheaper, but you paid $400 for the GPS; its like complaining about having to put gas in your car when you paid $20,000.00 for it, you just have to.
