Summary: I've had the dealer replace the unit 3 times. It simply just does not work. Voice recognition is about 10%. The iPhone I hook it up to works about 90% for us. THe user interface is terrible. Selecting a radio station is tedious, and having to choose between Navigation model and input mode is terrible - why not have the current radio station in the corner on the GPS view. Pioneer tech support has acknowledged to me that their whole line of voice command car hands free dialing is flawed, and they get a lot of complaints on this and many of the other models. I'm out $1200, I wouldn't pay $1 for this unit. But if you want a cheap one, you'll find mine on eBay!Correction: the iPhone I hook it up to works only about 30% of the time for us. Sorry for the typo.
