Pros: Hard drive, audio quality, touch screen, nav accuracy

Cons: Old POI data, lack of specific installation info, lost steering wheel controls, every little thing costs $$$

Summary: While this is truly a technological jewel, the price is too salty for the level of support you get from Pioneer. I had it professionally installed at one of their recommended vendors, and immdiately lost the original steering wheel controls on my Altima. Another authorized dealer asked $120 to fix it (!). I also asked them if it would fit my 2002 Altima (before purchasing), and their answer was to contact 3 car accessories vendors to ask (!). They should have this information readily available to consumers if they expect to sell many of these at $2,200+. The POI data that came with it is also very innacurate, and I was told an upgrade will only be available next year and at a cost (OUCH!)
