Sony NV-U73T

Summary: Used this product for 3 months, got very little good use out of it. Took too long to find address, very slow responding, had to find directions without it. Screen was not responding appropriately, had to press a little too hard in times due to it freezing up, must have broken screen inside according to manufacturer, and thus warrantly wasn't honored. I bought another GPS and it works much better. Very disappointed in Sony, and will not be purchasing any further products.

Summary: I love the unit size, screen, menus, who it works, etc. But as in another review here, the bottom line is getting there in time. My old Garmin and my laptop using nRoute both gave me the short distance through back roads. The Sony unit send me the very long way. Yes it got me there but several miles more, using more gas and wasting time.

I have been using Sony laptops for about 10 years. I used the nRoute on my car laptop "PSG-SRX99P" my favorite old Sony laptop. I wish Sony would make an effort to make their GPS routing as good as that little laptop. Or any of my other 2 15 inch ones.

Sony you let me down this time!
