"Clear example of form before function"
Pros: Lovely graphics and user interface. Decent bluetooth phone support
Cons: Routing algorithms are NFG - must have been created by team heavily invested in the production of fossel fuels.
Summary: Very limited range of routingoptions - routes are convoluted and defy logic. Fastest route selection takes you miles & miles out of the way. Shortest route selection often produces longer even routes. No comparison to even my oldest (non WAAS) Garmins. The only good thing is the suction cup mounting - it is really tenacious. Otherwise I am sorry I bought it but it sure is pretty sitting on my dash

I experienced the same issues with the sony nvu94... The screen is awesome... the suction mount is awesome... BUT the routing is AWFUL... shortest route is often the longest possible route between two points... route updating is also AWFUL... very disappointing... No Long/Lat search ... Last product /map update was $90 bucks and did not improve on the many issues with this unit... I'm in the market for a GARMIN...
