I owned the previous version for my Treo 650 and was very pleased with the operation of it, however when I upgraded my phone to the Treo 755P I couldn't find a version that worked. The upgrade to version 6.030 still didn't work with the 755P. Finally Palm Treo came out with a version that works. I got it from the Palm Treo website for $169 after rebate of $50.
So far it works just as well as the previous version, but of course I now have two GPS receivers and two windshield mounts.
This unit does not announce street names, it just announces to turn in a certain distance. The preloaded points of interest are nice if you are looking for something specific, however it has taken me to the wrong destination a couple of times.
Not perfect, but very good.
